Today is day 62 of a 100 day tender food challenge. So far, so good! Hard to hold dual months have left by already. The misfortune thing we review to when cravings come upon is tender goat cheese. Not everyday; only a once in a whilst thing to get by upon a small of those violent days when we hunger for something tawny as well as yummy.

We have been upon a highway a bit. First a Vibrant Living Expo as well as afterwards a Raw Spirit Fest. Being upon a highway creates a healthy food store radio detector unequivocally perk up! Anytime we pass by anything which remotely resembles a healthy food store or furnish market, we lift over. Sometimes we come opposite small plantation booths full of produce. Other times we find unchanging grocery stores out in a boonies which have a conduct or dual of organic lettuce as well as a couple of hothouse tomatoes.
Basically, we do a best! If something we eat is not approved organic, we do not internalize all sorts of hideous feelings about a food or ourselves. We say, “Thanks for a food, dude,” as well as keep upon truckin‘!
Sarah is a black of “car wraps.” She can hang ANYTHING in lettuce leaves or nori sheets as well as someway it tastes divine. Some of a some-more engaging combos:
1. Sauerkraut as well as sprouts wrapped in nori.
2. Lettuce leaves packaged with olives, avocado, dulse, sprouts, as well as assorted alternative veggies.
3. Sprouted bread chunks, tomato, as well as avocado wrapped in nori.
The list goes on. Whatever is in a cooler becomes a “car wrap.”
If it wasn’t for Sarah’s poetic jacket skills, tender food upon a highway would be most tougher. So squeeze a small nori, lettuce, as well as veggies. Head out upon a open road. Feel a breeze whip by a automobile as we try to eat a hang with a single hand, as half a mixture flow out a bottom finish as well as in to your lap. Enjoy a leftovers which might be scraped from your pants. Those have been your dessert.
Happy travels, y’all…
Magical days,
Julie (and Sarah too!)
